Ingredients:
Collagen Mix: Collagen hydrosilate, Blueberry, glucosamine sulphate 2KCl (shellfish), Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid).
Hair Support: Vitamins, HPMC (thickener/capsule shell), methyl sulfonyl methane (MSM), microcrystalline cellulose (E460i, filler), minerals, Bamboo silica extract, Grape seed extract (95% OPC), L-arginine, L-lysine HCl, Kelp extract (0.2% Iodine, may occasionally contain traces of crustaceans, molluscs, fish), Urtica radix extract, L-cysteine, calcium bound fatty acids (anti-caking agent), choline bitartrate, inositol, PABA.
Collagen Mix: Unless otherwise prescribed, dissolve 1 scoop of 7.8 grams in water or fruit juice once a day.
