Shipping costs
Netherlands
- Free shipping from €60
- Under €60: €6.50 shipping costs
Belgium
- Free shipping from €60
- Under €60: €9.50 shipping costs
Other EU countries
- Free shipping from €100
- Under €100: €12.95 shipping costs
Processing & shipping
- Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt on business days (Monday through Friday).
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a track & trace code by e-mail.
- Delivery times vary by country. For the Netherlands and Belgium, delivery usually takes 2 working days. For other European countries it is between 2 - 7 working days.

- During holidays or busy periods (such as promotional campaigns or launches) the processing time may be slightly longer.
- Optemuse B.V. is not responsible for delivery service delays.
