Why Optemuse?
Optemuse stands for “Optimize to discover your inner muse”. Good health starts from within.
When I (Laura) was 16, I started suffering from severe migraines, eczema and listlessness.
My problems were not taken seriously and they were 'typical complaints for a woman'. After several examinations in regular care I did not get any further. In the years that followed, a therapist finally came who could help me with my problems.
To my surprise, it turned out that the 'miracle cure' I had been looking for for so long was simply an adjustment in my diet and the addition of certain vitamins.
Unfortunately, after a few years this therapist stopped, I couldn't find another suitable therapist who understood my problems well. So I started looking for the right solution for my problems myself.
In the meantime, almost 10 years have passed and I am surprised that there are actually so few developments in the field of female health. With my knowledge and experience, in which I have personally experienced how important it is to help your body in balance, I thought it was important to share this with other women. I want every woman to have a life in which she can flourish without complaints or hindrance from her body.
Where are the products produced?
The products are produced in the Netherlands.
Is research being done into the effectiveness of the products?
Yes, all active substances and ingredients in the formulas are supported by scientific evidence. We only use high quality ingredients so that their effectiveness is not hindered.
Can I use Optemuse products if I am taking other medications?
Always consult your healthcare provider first to check whether the formulas are suitable in combination with your current medications.
What is the expiration date of the products?
All products can be stored unopened for at least 48 months in a dry and cool place.
What payment methods are accepted?

Can I change my order?
We strive to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has been placed, it is likely that it will be processed quickly and can no longer be changed. If you still want to make a change, please contact customer service as soon as possible via info@optemuse.com .
Please enter 'change' as the subject of your email, followed by your order number.

Do I have to pay import duties?
For deliveries outside the EU, Optemuse BV does not collect VAT, GST, duties or taxes. If your order is above the minimum tax/customs threshold for your country, you will be responsible for paying any costs associated with importing the goods. If you choose to refuse the customs charges and the shipment is returned to us, the shipping and handling costs will be deducted from your refund.
When will I receive my order?

When does my order qualify for free shipping?
Orders above €60,- are eligible for free shipping to the Netherlands and Belgium. For other countries this is from €100,-.

What happens if my package gets lost in transit?
If your product gets lost during transport, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@optemuse.com. Rest assured, we will do everything we can to resolve the situation as soon as possible. Your satisfaction is our priority and we will do everything we can to resolve any issues during shipping!

What do I receive with my order?
In every package you receive from Optemuse you will find the following:
- Your ordered product(s); and
- A description and instructions for use of your product.
What if I can't tolerate the ingredients?
Despite the fact that we use pure and natural ingredients, it can of course happen that you are allergic to something. Before use, check carefully whether the product does not contain any ingredients that you are allergic to. Do you still have an allergic reaction after using the product? Contact our support team directly via info@optemuse.com, we will be happy to resolve this with you.
What if my product arrives broken?
We kindly ask you to carefully inspect your order upon receipt. If you discover any defects or damage, or if you have received an incorrect item, please contact us. Your satisfaction remains our highest priority and we are happy to provide you with the best possible solution.
What if I am not satisfied with the functioning of the product?
We offer a money back guarantee. Depending on the type of product we use a return period. If you fall within that time frame, please contact customer service to initiate a return at info@optemuse.com.
